[Recipe] Squid and shrimp ajillo

All you need to do to season your ingredients is add koji! The power of koji also gives ingredients a moist and soft texture.

It's perfect for a party menu. Of course, you can change the ingredients to various other ingredients, such as octopus or fish.

Pacific flying squid
1/2 cup
Shiba shrimp
6 tails
broccoli
Appropriate amount
Koji to pour over
2 tablespoons
Olive oil
Enough so that the ingredients are submerged
garlic

1. Add the koji to be poured over the squid and shrimp and let sit in the refrigerator for about an hour.

2. Parboil the broccoli and thinly slice the garlic.
