[Recipe] Koji Chicken Ham

Using koji paste makes it super easy to make chicken ham. It's delicious either as is or in a sandwich.

By using koji, you only need to prepare two ingredients, making it very easy to make.

Chicken breast
300g
Koji to pour over
30g

1. Poke holes in the chicken breasts with a fork.

2. Open the rice and spread evenly, then sprinkle the koji mixture evenly over the rice.

3. Roll it up so that the skin is facing up, wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.

4. Put the wrapped chicken breasts into a pot of water, bring to a boil, and boil for just under 8 minutes, then let cool until it cools to body temperature (approximately 1 hour).

5. Slice into 1cm pieces and done!
