We are now accepting applications for KOJI THE KITCHEN Academy vol.2, a two-day, one-night program that allows you to experience koji with all five senses from various angles and use it to benefit your daily life and society!

The Kojiya Sanzaemon Online Store will be closed for the summer holidays from Thursday, August 11th to Monday, August 15th, 2022.

Orders, payments, and inquiries made after August 9th will be handled in order starting from August 16th (Tuesday).

We have now started selling 300g of dried rice koji , which can be shipped via Nekopos.

We are now accepting applications for the second installment of "KOJI THE KITCHEN Academy [Gourmet Food and Seed Koji]," a project that combines ideas from various industries with the knowledge of Kojiya Sanzaemon to bring out new possibilities for koji!

Kojiya Sanzaemon's Amazake Junmai will be served at a collaboration event between Spanish luxury brand LOEWE and Studio Ghibli's "Spirited Away."

From December 1st to December 25th, we will be running a dairy farming and dairy industry support campaign to help reduce waste raw milk at the end of the year.

We have started selling " Seed Koji White Koji Mushroom ", a household-sized version of the white koji mold used by shochu manufacturers. It produces white koji with a sour taste.

Kojiya Sanzaemon is collaborating with ideas from a variety of industries to launch a project called "KOJI THE KITCHEN" that pursues the unknown deliciousness created by koji starter.
