We are pleased to announce a special edition of the "Koji" series at Nagoya Kanko Hotel, where you can learn about "food and culture" through koji, and "beauty and health" through koji.
This is a special event that has evolved even further from the first and second installments.
Yuichiro Murai, the 29th head of Kojiya Sanzaemon, and Yu Ito, the 9th head of Ito Co., Ltd., a long-established sake brewery founded in 1788 that brews sake using our koji starter, will be speaking.
After the seminar, you can enjoy a Japanese lunch featuring a wide variety of fermented foods at Nagoya Kanko Hotel's Japanese restaurant, Kuretake.
