On Saturday, June 17th, KOJI THE KITCHEN Academy vol.3 was held without any problems.

From the project launch event "KOJI THE KITCHEN vol.0" in October 2021 to "KOJI THE KITCHEN Academy vol.2" held last October 2022, the events were held during the COVID-19 pandemic, but for vol.3, masks were allowed and all the staff were very happy to be able to see the faces of each and every participant. Once again, thank you very much to everyone who participated.

This time, Vol.3 was fully booked within two days of the start of registration. Although this was a pleasant surprise, we are also very disappointed that we were unable to meet all of you who expressed a desire to participate but were unable to provide you with a seat due to capacity restrictions.

Once again, we would like to express our gratitude to everyone who has shown an interest in the KOJI THE KITCHEN project and the Academy event. Our staff will continue to work hard to present projects that will inspire you to think about new possibilities for koji by meeting you in person and combining your ideas and knowledge. We appreciate your continued support.
