[Recipe] Amazake Ice Cream with Okinawan Salt Flavor

This ice cream is made using "Kojiya Sanzaemon's Amazake Okinawan Salt," which is only available in the summer. It has a light salty taste and is refreshing, making it perfect for summer!

It contains salt, so it also helps prevent summer fatigue!

Kojiya Sanzaemon's Amazake Okinawan Salt
80ml
Milk or soy milk
120ml

1. Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

2. Cover with plastic wrap and place in the freezer.

3. Mix the mixture 3 to 4 times until it hardens (incorporating air into the mixture gives it a fluffy texture!).

4. Taste and if you want it a little sweeter, add more amazake and repeat step 3.

5. Finished!
