KOJI THE KITCHEN Academy Vol. 4 was held on Saturday, April 13th!

Once again, we were able to achieve a very high level of satisfaction.

For this 4th event, following on from the 3rd, we received more applications and inquiries than the capacity, so we increased the capacity from 18 to 24 and held a lottery.

KOJI THE KITCHEN Academy featured the usual overview of seed koji, discussion, and full-course dinner, along with a refined workshop, and for the first time, an online guest from overseas.

KOJI THE KITCHEN will continue to accelerate into next year. Look forward to the next event!
