Announcing the 4th and 5th collaboration events between Kojiya Sanzaemon and Nagoya Kanko Hotel!

Enjoy making your own "miso balls" with Chef Nagata of Japanese Cuisine Kuretake, and making your own "gochujang" with Chef Naito of Chinese Cuisine Ryujo, both accompanied by a koji seminar led by Yuichiro Murai, the 29th head of Kojiya Sanzaemon.
