All ingredients used for the orise sent by Kojiya Sanzaemon, which was founded in the Muromachi period, are domestically produced. Orise, which does not contain sugar, is characterized by the gentle sweetness that comes from the rice koji. In addition, since it is a diluted type of raw amazake, you can enjoy it in any way you like, such as diluting it with milk or pouring it over yogurt as a sauce.
